Our Mission

Declaration and Objectives

What PHCEA-AHW stands for — and what we work toward for every member.

To establish an organization that will represent the employees of the Philippine Heart Center in collective bargaining with respect to salaries, wages, hours of work, and other terms and conditions of employment.

To promote the moral, social, and economic well-being of all the members.

To foster harmonious and progressive labor-management relations.

To promote the enlightenment of all members regarding their rights and obligations as members, employees, and health workers, including matters related to labor-management relations that affect them directly or indirectly.

To assert health workers' fundamental right to participate in decision-making concerning their work and life conditions and the quality of health services.

To promote and protect the right of every Filipino to quality health care, particularly the poor majority and disadvantaged.

To uphold and protect the individual and collective rights of all the members.
